There are many potential legal ramifications for the Anaheim wrongful death and personal injury claims that may be made. First, the cause of the truck accident must be determined. The family of the wrongful death victim, in order to obtain the maximum amount of recovery for the wrongful death damages, should look at all potential causes, including if the driver of the truck was negligent.

The wrongful death claim may be made against both the truck driver and other vehicle, if it turns out both shared responsibility for the Anaheim truck crash. Most trucks carry commercial insurance policies, which usually provide more coverage to injury victims than a private person’s policy.
