Metrolink Train Kills Pedestrian in Palmdale Wrongful Death Accident

This morning, a Metrolink train accident in Palmdale caused the possible wrongful death of a pedestrian. The Palmdale train accident occurred shortly after 11:00 am. The Metrolink train was en route from Union Station to Lancaster, California and the train accident happened near East Avenue O-8.

The victim of the train accident in Palmdale has not been identified. Fortunately, according to the Los Angeles Times, there were no reported injuries to any of the 114 passengers on the train at the time of the California train accident.

Once the family of the victim is notified of the death, family members will have the right to look into the matter to see if the Metrolink train operator, or anyone else, did something negligent that caused this fatal train accident. In some cases, there is inadequate warning signage of the potential danger of approaching trains or no road blocks where they may be necessary.

If there is negligence, or to find out about possible negligence, the family should hire an experienced Palmdale personal injury attorney to investigate the circumstances of the Palmdale wrongful death case to see if a claim may be made against the responsible party.
